drafting and surveying experience. He joined Malpass &
Associates in 1997.
Experience includes design and mapping of transmission
routes, waterway and canal projects, subdivision design,
site design work and surveying calculations.

He has 10 years of experience using Bentley Microstation and Geopak in the design and development of residential and commercial sites. Billy also is the webmaster who designed and maintains the company's website as well as administering the company's email and office network. |
